Among the 50 major local companies were honoured at the Singapore Golden Jubilee Business Awards, Keppel Land was awarded for their achievements and contributions over the decades.
The awards committee comprised the Singapore Business Federation, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and business information service provider DP Information Group.
During the 5th Annual Institutional Investor Awards in 2015, Keppel Land was ranked third for Most Organised Investor Relations (IR) and Best Senior Management IR Support, and was voted the top company for Best Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility.
Keppel Land is the winner of the Sustainable Business Awards (SBA) 2014 for the Energy Management category. SBA honoured 10 local and multinational companies which have been implementing sustainable business practices in Singapore and the region. The SBA aims to recognise sustainable business practices that benefit the environment and all stakeholders, with an emphasis on integrating these goals into a businessís long term strategy. The award is also designed to build a global knowledge network of best practices, which will allow businesses to benchmark themselves against peer groups and improve their performances.
Keppel Land has been awarded the International Safety Award with merit at the International Safety Awards 2014. Organized by the British Safety Council, the annual ISA seeks to promote high standards of health and safety management practice in order to prevent workplace injury and ill health. It recognises international organizations of all sizes across all industries who have demonstrated their commitment and determination in ensuring good workplace safety and health.
Keppel Land has won the Innovation Luminary Award at the Channel NewsAsia Luminary Award 2014. The award celebrates the business that thrusts Asia's strength in development and innovation to the forefront be it in terms of technology or the service sector.
Channel NewsAsia teamed up with Deloitte Analytics, DP Information, GreenA Consultants and Singapore Management University to oversee the stringent selection process where candidates are shortlisted based on quantifiable quality data under stringent, objective and transparent criteria. This includes financial performance, creativity, innovation, social responsibility and the ability to create short-term advantage, long-term value and competitive edge. Nominees will then be evaluated and determined by a distinguished and independent jury panel consisting of world-renowned management strategists, academics and corporate personalities.
Keppel Land is ranked 4th in the prestigious Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World for 2015, up from 17th position in 2014. This places Keppel Land first among Asian companies and in the real estate sector worldwide.
The Global 100 is the most extensive data-driven corporate sustainability assessment in existence, and inclusion is limited to a select group of the world's top 100 large-cap companies, with a market capitalisation in excess of US$2 billion. Organised by Toronto-based media and investment research company, Corporate Knights, the annual Global 100 was launched in 2005, and is announced each year at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
The Global 100 methodology for evaluating companies' sustainability or "clean capitalism" performance was cited as a leading global practice (by SustainAbility in their Rate the Raters research program, Phase 4). Shortlisted companies are screened based on four criteria - sustainability disclosure practices, financial health, product category and financial sanctions. Companies that pass all four screens constitute the 2015 Global 100 Shortlist.
Keppel Land China Limited has been conferred the Top 10 ASEAN Companies in China award for the second consecutive year by the China-ASEAN Business Council (CABC). Mr Ang Wee Gee, CEO of Keppel Land, has also been named one of the Top ASEAN Entrepreneurs in China. The award aims to promote China-ASEAN trade and economic cooperation.
The award is based on a poll conducted amongst the Chinese Ambassadors to the various ASEAN countries. Corporations are judged based on the companies' scale of investment as well as its economic and social contributions to China.
Keppel Land received the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Developer Award at the WSH Awards 2013 for the second consecutive year, and was selected by the WSH Council to be a bizSAFE mentor for the second term. The award recognises developers who play an active role in ensuring good workplace safety and health practices among their contractors.
Hosted by the WSH Council and supported by the Ministry of Manpower, the annual WSH Awards recognises winners on a national level for their commitment and exemplary standards in WSH.
Keppel Land was conferred the Merit Awards for the Accounting and Financial Reporting Category and the Best Property Development Organisation for Mature Markets at the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) Best Practices Awards 2013.
Organised by APREA, a non-profit industry association representing and promoting the real estate sector on a regional basis, the award is opened to all real estate firms and trusts listed on a regional stock exchange. Winners were selected based on the extent to which they have followed the recommendations presented in the APREA Best Practices Handbook in several areas including market disclosures, property valuation, accounting and financial reporting, corporate governance and performance reporting. They were also judged on their contributions in providing greater comparability and transparency in their region and local market.
Keppel Land was conferred the Merit Award for Best Property Development Organisation for Mature Markets in 2012, and the Merit Award for the Accounting and Financial Reporting, Corporate Governance as well as the Highly Commended Award for Mature Markets in 2011.
Keppel Land was conferred the runner-up award for the Most Transparent Company under the Real Estate category at the SIAS Investors' Choice Awards 2014 organised by the Securities Investors Association of Singapore. This is the 14th time running that the company has won the award. Companies were nominated by fund management firms, stockbroking and research houses, as well as the media. They were then assessed over a year, based on criteria such as timeliness of corporate disclosures, frequency, clarity and substantiality of their announcements, as well as their willingness to reveal information to analysts and the media.
International Financial Centre Jakarta Tower 2 was conferred the Best Commercial Development in Indonesia and Best Green Development at the South East Asia Property Awards 2014.
In 2013, Marina Bay Financial Centre was named the Best Commercial Development South East Asia while Marina Bay Suites was conferred the Best Condominium South East Asia and Best Condominium Singapore.
In 2012, Keppel Land was conferred the Highly Commended Best Developer Singapore Award. Its development in Indonesia, Jakarta Garden City Phase 1, bagged the Best Villa (Indonesia) award and the Highly Commended Green Development award.
Keppel Land clinched the seventh place among 639 listed companies at the Governance and Transparency Index (GTI) 2015. The study was conducted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School's Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations. The Business Times is its strategic partner and the index is supported by the Investment Management Association of Singapore, the Singapore Business Federation and the Singapore Accountancy Commission. The GTI assesses Singapore-listed companies on corporate governance disclosure and practices, as well as the timeliness, accessibility, transparency and communications of their financial results
Keppel Land has clinched the national as well as the regionís Most Admired ASEAN Enterprise under the Corporate Excellence category (Large-size company) at the ASEAN Business Awards 2014. The company was named the "Most Admired ASEAN Enterprise" award in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) category at the sixth ASEAN Business Awards held in Brunei Darussalam in August 2013.
Organised by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council, the award ceremony took place in conjunction with the 19th ASEAN Business & Investment Summit. The awards recognise companies that have made significant contributions to ASEAN's economic progress in terms of its growth, employment, innovation and CSR. In the CSR category, Keppel Land was evaluated by independent strategic partner, KPMG, in the areas of CSR framework, adherence to international guidelines, as well as communication and implementation of CSR programmes.

Keppel Land was awarded the prestigious Eco-Advocate Award at the inaugural Asia-Pacific Enterprise Leadership Awards 2013 for its leadership in green practices and environmental sustainability.
Organised by the Asia-Pacific Enterprise Cooperation Limited, the award honours companies that have set stellar examples in sustainable development, corporate responsibility, and corporate social responsibility. The companies were picked from 16 countries and territories in the Asia Pacific.
Ocean Financial Centre has been awarded the highest accolades as the World's Best Commercial High-rise Development at the International Property Awards held on 7 December 2012 in London.
At the Asia Pacific Property Awards held in April 2012, Ocean Financial Centre was named the Best Commercial High-rise Development in the Asia Pacific region. The premium Grade A office tower was also lauded the Best Office Architecture and Best Office Development in Singapore.
In 2009, Keppel Land swept six awards from various categories at the Asia Pacific Property Awards. Reflections at Keppel Bay was awarded the Best Residential High-Rise Development in Singapore. 8 Park Avenue and The Arcadia won the Best Residential Development and Best Residential Property in China respectively. Villa Riviera and Saigon Centre won the Best Residential Development and Best Commercial Mixed-Use Development in Vietnam respectively, and Elita Promenade won the Best Residential Development in India.
The International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence, celebrating the highest levels of achievement in the property and real estate industry.
Keppel Land clinched the Grand Prix for Best Overall Investor Relations for small or mid cap category for the second consecutive year at the annual Investor Relations (IR) Magazine Awards - South East Asia held in December 2012. This annual event honours companies and individuals who demonstrate the best investor relations. Winners are identified by an investor perception study where over 400 investors and analysts in Asia submitted their votes and comments. The process is followed by hundreds of in-depth telephone interviews to find out why these companies are rated highly. The awards are part of a network of events that includes the US, Canada, the UK, continental Europe, Brazil, Russia, mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Keppel Land has also received the Certificate of Excellence at the award ceremony.
Keppel Land has again won the Bronze Award for Best Annual Report in the large cap category at the Singapore Corporate Awards (SCA) 2015. The company previously won the Gold Award for Best Annual Report and the Silver Award for Best Managed Board in the large cap category in 2012.
The Best Annual Report Award recognises the most outstanding annual report based on criterion such as transparency, adequacy of disclosure and presentation of information.

Keppel Land was ranked 7th amongst the 100 largest listed companies in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard 2014 Singapore Rankings by the Singapore Institute of Directors and the National University of Singapore's Business School's Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations. At the Singapore Good Design Mark Awards (SG Mark) announced on 14 March 2015, Keppel Land was awarded the SG Mark Award for Reflections at Keppel Bay, as well as the interactive multi-media wall at the sales gallery of Highline Residences.
In 2014, Keppel Land won four awards and was the only developer to garner the SG Mark Gold Award. Ocean Financial Centre (OFC) won the SG Mark Standard Award while the vertical garden at OFC was the Gold winner for the Industry (Products) - Space, Architecture Facility for Industry category. The Group also garnered two other Standard Awards Ė one for the Sliding Integrated Multi-function (SLIM) Wall System at The Glades under the Life (Products) - Housing & House Fixtures category and another for the Interactive Multimedia Wall at The Glades' sales gallery under the Social (Communication) - Media, application of digital contents for the public category.
