Keppel Land Indonesia held CSR event in collaboration with Nusantara Foundation Orphanage to celebrate Earth Day
Keppel Land Indonesia recently held a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event in collaboration with Nusantara Foundation Orphanage to celebrate Earth Day by planting mangrove trees and breaking the fast with the orphans.
In order to provide the orphans a chance to learn about environmental preservation and the value of safeguarding our natural resources, they were asked to take part in the tree planting exercise that was held at Hutan Mangrove PIK.
After the tree planting activity, a break-the-fast meal was held to mark the end of the day's fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. The orphans and representatives from Nusantara Foundation enjoyed a delicious meal together, strengthening bonds and promoting a sense of togetherness.
This CSR event was a great opportunity for us to celebrate Earth Day, while also making a positive impact in the local community.
The event was a huge success, with everyone involved enjoying a meaningful and memorable experience. Keppel Land looks forward to continuing its CSR efforts and promoting sustainability in the future.
